What DocPacta does, and what it does not do
Within a document you submit to it, DocPacta identifies passages matching predefined themes, then offers you questions to ask your contracting party as well as a reference to the relevant legal provision. DocPacta does not legally qualify your document, does not verify its validity and does not take into account all the circumstances of your situation. The information displayed does not constitute legal advice and replaces neither a lawyer nor any other authorised professional.
How it works
The analysis relies on deterministic rules executed locally on your device; the content of your documents is not transmitted to any server in standard operation. An optional artificial-intelligence feature generates additional questions: if you activate it, the selected text is transmitted to Infomaniak Network SA, in Switzerland, with your express consent on each use. Infomaniak contractually undertakes not to retain this text on a lasting basis nor to use it to train its models. The details appear in the privacy policy.
Coverage: variable and non-exhaustive
Swiss law constitutes the main scope. For France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Austria, only the countries, areas and themes expressly indicated in the coverage matrix — accessible in the application before any analysis — are covered. The absence of a finding means neither compliance, nor validity, nor absence of risk. The legal references were checked as at 20 August 2026; the law may change.
Limitations and liability
The results depend on the text provided: an incomplete document, poorly scanned or drafted in an unsupported language, produces incomplete results. The questions generated by the artificial-intelligence feature are indicative; their relevance is not guaranteed. No detected signal guarantees the authenticity of a document. Verify any deadline in the official document itself and with the competent authority. Sevy-Créations accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the results displayed; the user remains solely responsible for their contractual choices.
Data
DocPacta requires no registration, account or email address. Documents and history remain local except when you voluntarily use cloud AI under section 3. A pseudonymous technical identifier and purchase history are processed for unlock, credits and recovery. See the privacy policy.
Local storage
The last five documents analysed are kept locally. You may delete them at any time from Settings, or by uninstalling the application.
Intellectual property
The application, its code, its rule repository and its interface are the property of Sevy-Créations. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited.
Prices and in-app purchases
The download, built-in example and one personal analysis are free. A CHF 19.90 one-time in-app purchase permanently unlocks the current version and includes 10 cloud analyses. A 10-analysis cloud top-up costs CHF 10.— and does not expire. No subscription is offered. The price and currency shown by the App Store at purchase time prevail.
Amendment of these terms
These terms may be updated. The effective date appears at the top of this page. A substantial change will be indicated in the application. Continued use after amendment constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and place of jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is that of the publisher's registered office, in Vinelz, canton of Bern. The mandatory provisions of consumer law of the consumer's country of habitual residence remain reserved.
